The plain-English version
You pay a flat price, we build your website, you review it, we launch it. If we can't make you happy before launch, we refund you in full. After launch, the site is yours.
1. Services & payment
Packages and add-ons are one-time purchases paid upfront via Stripe. Hosting and Care plans are monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe and cancelable anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
2. What we need from you
Timely responses, and the content (text, logo, photos) you want on the site — or the copywriting/logo add-ons if you'd like us to create it. Delivery timelines start when we have what we need. You confirm you have the rights to any material you send us.
3. Revisions & refunds
Each package includes the listed revision rounds. If you're not satisfied before launch, we'll refund your package price in full. After launch (or after you approve the site), package fees are non-refundable; unused subscription time is not charged further after cancellation.
4. Ownership
On full payment, you own your website's design, content, and domain. If you host with us, you can request your files at any time. We may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Free first-year domain
Every package includes registration of one domain free for the first year, registered in your name — it's yours. The offer covers .com and other standard domains with a registrar cost of roughly $10/year; premium and specialty-priced domains are excluded but can be registered at cost. After the first year, renewal is billed to you at registrar cost with no markup (~$10/year), or you can transfer the domain anywhere.
6. Hosting
We target high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Daily backups are kept on a rolling basis. Abuse, unlawful content, or non-payment may lead to suspension after notice.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for third-party services (registrars, payment processors, email providers).
